When international travel came to a standstill during the pandemic, Tourism New Zealand found a new way to showcase Aotearoa to the world. With gaming on the rise, we helped launch the first-ever gamified walkthrough of an entire country, giving people the chance to explore New Zealand from wherever they were.

As part of the PR team, I helped deliver earned media coverage across national and international markets. The campaign reached more than 100 million people worldwide, while the PLAY NZ launch film generated over 15 million views, proving that even when people couldn't visit New Zealand, they still wanted to experience it.
